Join the fight to protect our water!
Our groundwater is one of the most valuable natural resources in our region. Protecting it requires community support, transparency, and strong local leadership.
To help fund these efforts, donations are managed by Friends of Nueces Groundwater Conservation District, an independent support organization that exists solely to raise and manage financial resources for groundwater protection efforts.
The Friends of Nueces Groundwater Conservation District oversees and manages all donated funds through its own governing board.
The Nueces Groundwater Conservation District remains the operating district responsible for groundwater management, monitoring, and protection across the region.
This structure ensures:
• Financial transparency and accountability
• Independent oversight of donated funds
• Operational focus for the district’s regulatory work
